Basically charged twice for what I bought and went through hell to try to resolve it. Incompetent employee charged my card twice and second charge took the last $97.12 on my card to bring balance to $0.... said they refunded but refused to provide a receipt or anything stating that I will get the money back. Still waiting... The manager Schyler Orr was uninterested in resolving the situation but told us to go home because he needed to "have his employees go home in 30 minutes" what the hell?

I've been here before; this review is recent, June 18th 2017: they didn't fix my Mac Book Pro. Internet issues still! Asked them to replace my airport card. Told me it's ok. But still issues.

however; This Apple retail store is unlike the Apple Store 10 years ago, some of the team here is "unknowledgeable" about their own products? Having said that the technicians come through and they do come through at the end! I had my keys replaced for free at this location! Amazing. However some make it up with there great personalities and sometimes professionalism. Aside from everything the location at this mall is exceptional, it's very large, plenty of space and lots of parking, however the parking lot is very *Full. I love this location you can even bring your dog in to this Apple Store. **The wait time at the Genius Bar is extremely long... I've been coming to this location for well over year now and my visits are always the same please sit down and wait....wait, and wait.

Good integrity and friendly staff. Long wait time even with appointment. Their appt system looses information and isn't reliable

my genius bar appointment was delayed  about 45 minutes only to be told i cant get my phone fixed, and to try and walk in early the next day. absolute time waste going there.

This was the WORST experience EVER!!  My iPhone 6s, only 18 months old, suddenly starting losing all battery power in about 3 hours.  I did hard resets, even restored the phone to original settings.  Still the battery drain continued.  I made an appointment with the genius bar and went to the store.  The guy there claimed there was nothing wrong with my battery it was just the way I was using the phone.  End of story.  No fixing my phone...nothing.  Said to come back in five days and they would test it again.  The Manhattan Beach Apple Store is WORTHLESS!!
