Apparently "guaranteed" delivery dates for back-ordered parts are just blatant false advertising. I waited TWO WEEKS for parts that had a guaranteed delivery date of today. The delivery was cancelled with no warning or reason as I was waiting for it to arrive. Spent half an hour on the phone with someone from the store who could not even find a manager to escalate the issue to, but promised up and down they would call me back. They did not. I had to show up in the store in person to get an answer - the parts were not in stock, they had no idea when they would be in stock, and could not give me any more help.
Fat chance I'll give this completely useless store any more business in the future.

Only the post office works slower! BY FAR!!!! the worst shopping experience! 25 people waiting at checkout one 2 YES - T W O - registers open. W T F ??? after 10 min waiting still 5 people ahead I went to the managers office and ask if they could get a few more cashiers - The only thing the BOSS could think about was LUNCH!!! with a who cares attitude! - Guess what she DID sticked her head out of the door BUT DID NOT CARE to call for backup. WTH? NOT RECOMMENDED !!!

Terrible terrible customer service. Asked for someone to help 4 times. Each time they referred me to someone else and nobody ever showed up to help. I eventually went to speak to the store manager who was equally inexprienced w/ customer service and who did not even apologize for my aweful experience in her store. I dropped what i was going to purchase and decided to boycutt frys for good.

Went for a reversible umbrella the same as you see on TV and found it I want to say thank you to Maddie because I called and 110 and she took care of me her customer service was spectacular but I can't say the same about the russifies why do I say that? Well I was standing by wifi router I wanted to as a to ask you a question and I literally had question I waited in front of that wifi router so it seem like ever and 6 different Fry's sells walked by me and oh would you like some help do you need some help nothing I finally asked a woman who that didn't ask of whether or not she can help me or if I have a question no ask her what Uncle excuse me can I ask you a question are can you help me with something for a moment? Her response " let me find someone, really" I spent more time sitting in front of the router then getting help for a simple question. I wish they were all like Maddie customer service oriented and friendly!

My story is very very long. I will try to make it as short as possible. Purchased a few things online. Went into store the next day to return. African American bald head Manager was rude and nasty. Grabbed receipt out of my hand and said “read the bottom of the reciept, no returns” and tossed the reciept back at me. Asked to speak to the store manager with another associate, they said she was not in. Called the store Friday not there.... Saturday, she’s not there.....Sunday she was off..... Monday she was off.....Tuesday (today) she will be in later today, called and she was in a meeting, called again she wasn’t available. I spoke to 7 different people (call center and people in store) left my name and Phone number. Never got a call back. It’s been 5 days still no phone call from Tonya Smith, the supposed store manager who’s name is on the reciept. I was a retail manager for 7 years for a company similar to frys. If the assistant manager spoke to someone the way he spoke to me and tossed a receipt, he wouldn’t have a job where I come from. The store manager not calling me back is mind blowing. I will never shop frys again and I urge everyone to go elsewhere. This place is doomed if this is how they treat customers. The manager that helped me seemed like he could care less about his job or the customers in front of him. Not a care in the world. That’s how frys manages their business? How wonderful is that. Buyers beware of this store. I will be writing a detailed letter to corporate with time logs of when I called and who I spoke to. The district manager and corporate need to know what’s going on down at the manhattan beach store.
