i ordered this touch screen from them and didn't install right away due to work and family but it lasted about 30 days maybe and now having to deal with manufacturer warranty which you have to pay for shipping and to ship it back.  It's kinda a big pain in the butt so that is why i'm giving this a 2 star.  I just think that if you sell a product it should last longer than 30 days and so it'll cost me like 30 dollars to send out and bring back to either swap out or for them to fix.  kinda of a bummer i do like the stereo though

Liars and false advertisers! 
This is how their "universal" up to 24' mount fits our 24" TV 🙄 
Oh and because they charge you for shipping it back and a % restocking fee I'll end up spending more returning it than I spent on it to begin with! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE!

Terrible purchasing experience.  Bought a graphics card for Christmas.  It never worked.  Tried all the trouble shooting I could with NVIDIA and GIGABYTE and after many system checks they deemed the item defective.  Once we reached that conclusion, Beach Audio said it was too late to be returned even though it never worked.  Beach Audio didn't even care about my problems or even take the time to read the communications I sent them that I had been having with NVIDIA.  Don't buy from!  They don't care about their customers at all!

I made an order for two subwoofers through jet, and beach audio was the store that fulfilled the order. Both speakers arrived in perfect shape, and 5 days before they were scheduled to arrive. 
Guess all the other reviews are from people with bad luck

I ordered a vizio tv through Amazon. It was supposed to be delivered on the Jan 12th. I took off of work to receive this shipment be cause no one else would be home. Apparently the local trucking/delivery company was given Beauch Audio's warehouse number in California to contact me. I stay in Louisiana. My shipment got delayed four days. Do not buy with these people. Their service is terrible and they can't even get a simple delivery contact information right
