Great up to date electronic options at all stores from computers to printets to camaras  n tv s of course. I wish they had a bit more help on the floor would be my main issue. Seems like sales personal r usually 2 to 3 customers behind . This is at the busy times of course n weekends.

Compared to other Best Buys locations in Los Angeles county, they are better then average . Place is clean and customer service is helpful . They helped me when I had some paperwork to take care of . Definitively I will be back.

Working at Raytheon has resulted in my visiting the place many times. Each and every time the staff has been nothing short of stuck up, no personality, and unfriendly. I will not be returning to this Best Buy. There are several others around. If you're looking for service, I suggest going to an alternate nearby BestBuy.

Don't ever go to the 'Geek' squad for Apple repair's. They don't know sh**! I gave my phone for a fix and they did a diagnostic test to see whats wrong. They claimed that my camera needs to be replaced and they aren't sure about fixing the flash though, the phone camera and flash was perfectly alright before the latest IOS update. I deny the repair and got my phone back, and later realized the phone wasn't normal. Meaning its not accepting my apple ID nor passcode. I had to contact apple and open a case to fix it, it is going to take 3 business days to recover. Went to fix my camera and ended up with DOUBLE TROUBLE !!!!!!    

I would recommend 3rd party shops to repair your phones, there's one in Redondo.

Returns - you will be lied to.

When attempting to return anything that's more than $100 that you purchased at another store or online, you will receive any number of lies about how they cannot do it in store.  "Too high value", "There's a lock on your order", "You didn't buy it here".  

These are all incorrect statements (lies) - BestBuy as a corporation will take back anything that they sell, at any location, at any time.  The location has their own local financials to deal with, and if they push you to a different location or returning online, then it doesn't count against their balance books.

When returning something and are denied, just stand there and quote this review and make them prove their statements, with a request for the GMs card.  Your return will likely be processed.

A suggestion: Since it hurts your centers financials, clearly communicate that and offer customers that come in an expedited way to return online - have boxes and printers ready to ship out.  Many of us are happy to do something like that.  Don't bald-faced lie.  That's just bad form.
