If delivering with a 53 foot trailer come in thru back entrance

I have been a customer of Texas Archives for seven years.  They are the best company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and over the years there have been a lot!  The customer service they proved is second to none to say they go above and beyond is an understatement!   The entire group is top notch.  I have visited the facility, and it was like being at your best friend’s house.

 I generally deal with Lisa Hall she is ALWAYS friendly and more than accommodating!!!!!!!  She must be a limbo champion, because she has bent over backwards so many times, to get me the files I need.  She is such a pleasure to deal with, and always finds a solution to any situation or emergency we have.  You would think in seven years she would have an off moment, but no not even a hint she is a true superstar.  Every so often I get to deal with Troy as well totally awesome every time. 

My company has used Texas Moving for some office moves ,  and I  have used them for a personal move as well, and in both cases a great experience (If you have ever moved office or home you know it’s not fun, but they manage to make it a pleasurable one! (AND THEY SHOW UP ON TIME)

 They just get it done, with ease and totally awesome customer service every time.

I have been a customer of Texas Archives for several years.

I have always found their services to be excellent: They respond promptly, provide me with the files that I need, and do pleasantly and cheerfully, at a price that is much better than my previous file storage company. 

I recommend that anyone who is in the service area of Texas Archives consider using their services.

In my role as Record Retention responsible at my company, my experience with Texas Archives has been outstanding.  From their one on one customer service to their quick response times, they always deliver to a standard that exceeds my expectations.

Texas Archives as been our offsite storage vendor of choice for more than 15 years.  Our customer representative, Lisa, always provides excellent service with a smile.  Texas Archives provides prompt affordable storage and retreival of our records.  They readily respond to any questions and provide all reports for our information that we need.  They are a great customer minded partner and a great solution for storing your offsite records.
