Went in without an appointment to recycle my old MacBook Pro and Kelly asked if I would like to check and see if I could get any money back from it. While we were waiting for my laptop to boot up he told me more about their recycling and refurbishing program and how sustainable the Apple company is. Kelly was SO polite and made the process so smooth and enjoyable. Incredible customer service!

Now although a lot of people on here complain about their phone service I can truly say that the in store experience is a much different experience. These apple staff are super nice and work hard to resolve issues and (or) answer questions. I came in for the photo walks that is essentially a workshop on taking pictures using different features and I did both that day. Chris who was our mentor did an amazing job at teaching us everything there is to know about taking pictures with the new iPhone X. Come in for the workshops and you won’t be dissatisfied.

Had a appointment at 2:00 pm today. To get my camera replaced in my apple 6plus. Waited for two hours. After returning the time they said. They had not put a camera in my phone and told me that I needed a battery also. So after the two hour wait. No camera! No service! Very disappointed and will not recommend my friends there anymore!!! Very upset with apple

They need a way to answer their phone. Perhaps if they would partner with a high tech company in California that made phones they could make that happen. Finally answered phone: 3 days to replace a keyboard on an under warrantee Mac Book Pro. 2 days to transfer my data from old one to new one. Good Bye Apple.
