The fact people are saying the staff are friendly and helpful in these reviews is absolute blasphemy. These kids need no experience with any kind of technology to get a job here, where are you getting your hires? And another thing why in the world do you have 20 employees working in a tiny store when they’re sitting there and screw around with the products themselves??? I literally am done with Apple I’m going back to a flip phone, thanks for ruining smartphones for me you trashbag of a company. Honestly hope android runs you out of business. Let me know if you ever actually intend on fixing your half-ass products, I’d love a settlement.

When I called and gave the details on my laptop, they didn't bother to tell me that they don't work on older models (2010); I came and wasted my time there bc they ran one test and told me they couldn't fix it; they gave me a paper w referrals to two place; the spot in shrewsbury never called back or picked up the phone and the other place in marlboro the person was not available who works w mac's; I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Macbook Clinic in Auburn, SUPER friendly and knowledgeable, will fix your computer right away and help you/

You would think they could come up w a more efficient system that doesnt require sacraficing an afternoon to get a phone battery changed

I didn't have an appointment but decided to stop in anyways. I was greeted by Scott as soon as I walked in. He went out of his way to figure what the problem was and made sure it worked before I left the store.
