Worst customer service - two damaged dishwashers, no callbacks and no recourse. Have never been so frustrated in my life dealing with a company as I have with Best Buy’s runaround. Being a loyal customer means nothing to them. I am happy to go to my independent appliance store where they really care about the dollars spent there and give great service.

The staff at Best Buy Marlboro are great, my most recent visit far exceeded my purchase expectations thank you to the Mobile department's Jason, Erin, Amanda and Customer service person Emelia. Great Job!

Had a great experience with knowledgeable staff. Jay in computer sales was awesome and when I thought it couldn't possibly get better I picked up my desktop in the Geek Squad dept. and Danny was thoughtful, helpful and a true pleasure.

Had a return of an item that was 9 months into the protection plan.  Customer service was super nice and efficient.  Painless process

Great selection of devices and gadgets. Store was clean and had helpful employees on the floor to assist.

Prices are a bit high, but whos arn't these days.
