Made an appointment for 5:45 and was seen close to on time. They had the part they needed to do my Mac repair and quoted 24 hours - sweet, better than expected! We were hungry and decided to grab crappy mall food and I'm so happy we did because my Mac was repaired by the time we were done eating! Went and picked my up my newly fixed computer and didn't have to make 2 trips to the mall!

Robert was amazing. I went from a 4yr old tracfone to a i6. I am coming into this century, with this purchase. He was very kind and answered every question I asked without making me feel dum!! He explained so much in a way I could understand him. Not one time did I feel like he was over selling me. He also gave me to a young lady to help me set up my phone and she was wonderful also. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name.. Great experience!!!

wow, worst genius bar experience I've had yet. Came in with the phone freezing and speaker, microphone, and phone app not working. The technicians wasted 2 hours of my life trying to restore the phone to see if that would solve the issue. After it did i left. however 10 minutes later the problem was back. i came back and asked them to fix it. They said it would be 99 dollars to fix it even though i had apple care still active. Their excuse was the phone had a broken screen which they said "may possibly be causing the speaker and and microphone to stop working and may be causing the phone to freeze" I responded with asking them the question of "what if it has nothing to do with the screen and i am paying 100 dollars to fix an issue that is caused by apple to begin with. They laughed it off and said thats not their problem and because there is a change its not their fault the customer now has to pay even though there is just as good of a chance that it has nothing to do with the screen. Overall i will be switching to the android phone from here. Both male managers were laughing through the whole process.

Got my screen replaced here. Well the price was fair and the service was fast & professional. Thanks Apple!

"Larry the technician" at the Apple Store is a jerk. Totally condescending and no interest in really helping us. We were in town from Florida. I have 3 kids back at home and my phone stopped working. Went to the apple store and got Larry. We are lifetime apple customers with multiple apple phones and laptops. This guy is an embarrassment to Apple. Go to the Quick Fix booth right across from the Apple Store. The guy there, Cesar, fixed our phone in 10 min for a quarter of what Larry the technician of the Apple Store wanted to charge and he did it immediately and had all the parts. Had we gone w Larry the technicians suggestions we would have had to wait 3 days plus pay 4 times the price. No idea what he's doing working at the Apple Store. I've been to apple stores all over the world and never had an experience like this one.
