They are very helpful here. I am usually not too trusting of big phone companies. But all of my questions got answered and it seems that I got a satisfactory plan. I'm always after the most for the least cost and it looks like t mobile has the answer.

Main point: I survived one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at the White Center T-Mobile store. My husband and I wanted to sign up for a new 2-line plan for people over 55yo. He went from a T-Mobile pay-as-you-go plan and I changed my service from Sprint. We did this at the T-Mobile store downtown on 6th Ave with Maggie, who was an awesome professional and a delight to work with. I had issues with Sprint about getting my phone unlocked, which delayed the process. What was supposed to happen: I would be notified when my phone was unlocked, then I could exchange the SIM cards myself, and then call in to have my current phone number migrated to the new plan. When the phone was unlocked I called Maggie but she wasn’t in that day. I also tried to exchange the SIMs myself and made a mess of it (not all that easy with an iPhone). I thought it would be a simple task to run to the nearest T-Mobile store to me, in White Center, to get their help, not wanting to fight traffic back to the DT store. What resulted was an hour-long nightmare. They seemed clueless what to do, and were extremely rude. They upset me terribly and then accused ME of mistreating THEM and threatened to throw me, a new customer expecting the best from T-Mobile, out of the store. This was the manager who had stepped in when the sales rep was clueless what to do with my phone. Someone who had also been identified as a district manager stood nearby and watched in silence. I wasn’t able to leave until I had called Sprint customer service, which took 25 minutes. There is a lot more to the story but I think I have said enough. My career has me working with many people and I am known for being pleasant, patient, witty, and tactful. 15 minutes with these people and I was nearly unglued. I later found out that T-Mobile stores are not all authorized. The one on 6th Ave is, as well as T-Mobile kiosks in the malls. All others are unauthorized and run by third parties, and all you have to do is read the bulk of reviews for these stores to see that many of them are troubled to say the least. Please do not even think about going to this store. You have been warned. And I encourage anyone who has been mistreated and taken in by these rude, clueless, and careless people to step forward and let the public know what they may be in for by making the same mistakes we did.

the manager seem like he deosnt care about the customer service. not help at all. strong recomment DO NOT GO THERE!
