This two storied sales and display center is a wonderful place to pick your Apple products. The display at the first floor has all the latest apple products starting from Mac books to Apple phones. You can get some of the older models also here. Great and simple interior. And the second floor is for sitting and try the product quality as well. There is a huge display board on the 2nd floor that continuously is showing the journey of Apple. And there are multiple charging stations as well. Loved being in there.

One of the best Apple stores I've ever been to. A beautiful store with all the latest gadgets and accessories you could want and they hold special events throughout the year here. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

How does one rate an Apple Store? Should I compare it to general retail experience? Apple stores do amazing customer service: always friendly, not pushy, and an an extravagant customer/employee ratio. Should I compare it only to other Apple stores? Just as insanely crowded and busy as every other. Same product experience. Nicer building than most but I miss the old location which didn't require navigating through Union Square tourist crowds.

My phone was having issues fitting into the charging cable, so I took it in to the Genius Bar at Union Square to see if I could get a fix. With an appointment, the service was quick. I was able to walk out with a brand new replacement (turns out the part that was broken means you need to switch devices) for only $99 due to Apple Care protection. All of my questions were answered and the new phone (same model) is faster since the battery is brand new. This store is beautifully designed with a cool courtyard next door, but it can get pretty loud and crowded.

Beautiful, modern interior  design 2 floor showroom,  ground floor all devices display and 1st floor as like a small hall for seminar or something and few table there so you can sit and check devices.  last October  17 visit there.  I love this location
