Had a great experience having a custom closest designed. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The products don't come cheap though.

Understaffed by their own admission today--which is crazy for back to school time with at least one local college starting fall term tomorrow. Very crowded, ling waits for help, and no one asking to assist me when I was wandering for ages looking for a desk hutch. The ladies that finally did help me were very pleasant despite the stress they were under.
