This is the second time we have attended this location. The waitress was fine but as happened last time the kitchen was the hold up. Our appetizer arrived to the table but we did not have any silverware to eat with. When I mentioned this to the waitress she said oh, I will get some out here right away. 3 minutes later she arrives back at our table saying they did not have any clean silverware yet and she would bring it out shortly. Meanwhile out appetizer is cooling down. It was several minutes later before we received tools to eat with. When the main course arrives (35 minutes after receiving the silverware) nothing is cooked correctly. We were seated at 6:55 pm our main course hit the table at 7:56 pm. This is just not a good place to go.

Horrible customer service. Their dollar margaritas were so sour I couldn't even drink them and when I told the waitress she got very upset with me and told me it was just how the batch turned out that day. Do not recommend, any restaurant in castle rock is more worth your time. Ian is a very rude server and had very horrible customer service. I asked him what was the difference between the $3 margaritas and the $4 margaritas and he responded with "i don't know I don't make the prices." He was not trained with the menu at all.

A group of neighbors met at Applebee's for hamburger night.   We do it as often as possible.  The food is good, service is good.  It is a clean friendly people can visit, relax and hear the conversation.  I give it 2 thumbs up

Food atmosphere average.  My opinion is steak doesnt compare to a steakhouse quality here but my goodness there are so many wonderful entrees. Noise level is average

I came here with my family and the food was cold and chewy. It took an hour for our food. Then I asked for no meat in my food and stated many times no meat but there was and they had to re make it.  I was under happy. But..... The manager apologize and made it right. I hope that tonight was just an off night.
