Great steaks.  Same reservation policy which is not a reservation but an on call thing that is the same as just showing up and being called after the same amount of wait.  I don't get it. 

Pick up service is cool.  They will take your order by phone without a credit card number. I like that they trust. 

Needs a frozen margarita machine badly

Took my mother for birthday lunch. She had Alice Chicken and I had Breaded Shrimp. Food came in a timely manner and was good. Service was grossly lacking. Waitress took forever just coming to check in with us. By then we had been out of drink for a long time. Asked for coffee refills and took at least another 10 minutes to bring refill. When she did come, she didn't even have a full cup left in the pot.
After that we waited and waited for her to come by. We had ordered another dinner to take home and she never came. Finally went to Hostess podium to ask them for box for our leftovers and informed Hostess of situation. Did finally get to go order.
Certainly was not a good dining experience. Will not be going back there probably ever.

Nice lunch! We did the lunch combo with a salad and coconut shrimp both absolutely delicious. Our server was delightful we had a wonderful time would definitely come back

It's no reflection on this individual chain, but I think Outback has lost some of the charm for me. The salads were plentiful, but not a bit of the lettuce no one really likes. The blooming onion, good, but a bit greasy. The steaks of good, but not great quality and the prices just keep climbing and climbing. It's not a bad experience, but I personally usually go somewhere else for steak.

It's been awhile since I've eaten at an Outback....what a nice surprise this evening was. GREAT pricing for the "Happy Hour"...excellent service (Delightful Hostess)... We were a table of six and everyone's food was prepared perfectly and very tasty. If this is characteristic of all Outbacks, we need to dine here more often...Thank You
