I gave 3 stars because they always drown your salad with dressing! It doesn't matter if you tell them light on the dressing, they always leave your salad dripping; you can't even taste the salad! Light means light people, Mad Greens train or re-train your employees; stop making your customers train them for you.

Always fabulous salads and soups. Friendly, helpful staff. Ah, if only there was a Mad Greens in Pueblo so we could eat there everyday.

My wife and I ordered an Albert E's BLT wrap and a Mad Max Cuban. Flavor was fine. Nothing to write home about. They struggled getting the Cuban half of our order and my wife finished half her wrap before the Cuban finally arrived. The cashier was very apologetic and comped us a brownie and marshmallow treat. Didn't make the food any better but it was a nice gesture on her part. The tea was quite good. Had one with hibiscus. Naturally sweet and refreshing.
