We ordered 4 appetizer plates for lunch online for noon. I arrived about 7 minutes early. Very few people were there. I was greeted cheerfully and sincerely. They had my order ready to go. The girl who checked me out was so nice and friendly as well. The food was delicious. I'll definitely go back!

I sat at the table one night and I had ordered a appetizer and entree with a drink... Now the drink was always refreshed , but as far as the food my appetizer came last and I had to wait 30 minutes almost close to an hour just to get the appetizer , the entree came before the appetizer... the entree I had... It was a bit too greasy in the pasta but then when I ate the chicken it was greasy but inside of it was dry . as for the service they have really great personalities but it's like the service ,  me getting my food and wanted to eat ...it was not as fast-paced had like I.. I had to wait on my server come serve me and I had to wait for 20 minutes overall it was a great experience they had great personalities and that's what I really enjoyed just a few little things they need to work on.

The food came to our table wrong. Sent it back to the kitchen. They just scrapped off what was NOT supposed to be on the plate in the first place. Called management over. She agrees and takes both plates back. Second go around, the food was corrected but sup par. Wasn't compensated for the mistakes. Needless to say, we didn't eat it or pay. Will never go back to this establishment again.

Ordered steak medium rare...came out medium well... waitress offered to redo the steak...ok... this time it came back raw and HEAVYLY  salted... obliviously on purpose...the dishwasher could have done a better job....wait a minute it was the dishwasher doing the cooking..
Seriously...we quit going to Applebee's because they
 couldn't cook a steak to order... thought we'd give them another try....bad move!  On a positive note... waitress was nice and did what she could to help...
Management needs to step up!!

Enjoyed the meal...the service was great ...the atmosphere were was very nice and peaceful. I enjoyed the calm  and not rushed atmosphere. It was very clean also.
