I had a steak omelet with all the steak on top of the eggs. The wife had sausage and eggs with biscuits and gravy by the way the biscuits and gravy were not very good at all so I guess don't go to a pancake place inspect to get good biscuits. The god-granddaughter was the only one who was very happy she had to :- pancake chocolate chip she was the main reason we went to this restaurant. I do have to admit the pancakes were pretty good.

Food was good and server was friendly. My suggestion to get higher ratings is to work on overall restaurant cleanliness. One of the tables our group was seated at had so much crud in the groove between the folding flaps of the table, that it could not be fully extended to its upright position.

Ordered on IHOP website at 8:40pm, it is now 9:50pm and they have told us twice they are still working on the food, there are people standing everywhere waiting to pick up their food or be seated and no one is doing their job. We ordered through their website hoping it would be correct as every-time we’ve ordered through door dash it has been late and wrong, at this point it’s been made clear that this location is the issue not door dash. They have one cook and 2-3 severs working. I completely understand that places are understaffed but being rude and completely ignoring customers isn’t helpful. They just called and asked “If we even still wanted our food, and that they haven’t even started cooking it yet” I understand being busy as well, however orders should be made in the order they come in, one is not priority over the other.

The food was good. Despite it being not very busy, we had to wait a lot for things and also got brought the wrong thing several times. One of the waitresses talked bad to me about the one who was serving us. Wouldn't go to this specific ihop again.Food: 3/5

Some of the better Ihop I've had in a long while. Their queso is actually pretty darn good. I would go this IHOP again any day.

It was good. We were placed on the way to the bathroom and the travel lane for the waitresses. One person in our party is is a wheelchair and has a service dog. It was a bit of a challenge for people traveling by and for our party. The cheesecake pancake really didnt have a cheesecake flavor. I think the goo in there was supposed to taste like cheesecake but really didn't. The pancakes were good though. The waitress was attentive and friendly.  Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair was placed in a travel lane. A little awkward for all to negotiate.

If u like good service, great food and a friendly atmosphere that makes u feel welcome and comfortable? Then don't eat here! The waiters are creeps that spend all their time staring at the females instead of actually filling drinks or anything else at all.. the food sucked and tasted like it was cooked last week. I've grown up in the restaurant industry and this place is far from hitting the mark! Don't waste ur hard earned money on food u can barely stomach whilst being stared at by creepy dudes...

I'm always so nervous when we try to eat on this side of town but we were seated promptly, the environment was clean and our waitress efficiently and professionally took our order and anticipated our needs for that order while maintaining cleanliness and  directing obviously new staff in a busy environment. She also washed her hands frequently at the sink behind the serving station.

Tonight went to IHOP for the first time in a few years with my family. Started looking at the menu and they minimized it where basically your options are either breakfast or burgers. Which started the disappointment. As time went on, it took quite awhile to get our food. Which was pretty irritating as well but to be fair, I’m not sure if they are short staffed or what the case was so I kept an open and understanding mindset. The waitress kept forgetting food and drinks we ordered, which again, trying to be understanding and kind regardless. And then I got the bill. I’m not sure why it’s gone so downhill, I’m sure COVID has something to do with it but after this, I will not be going there anymore. Regardless of how unhappy and irritated I was, I still tipped the waitress over 20% because I could tell she was doing her best and she seemed new ish. Also I was charged a $3.92 fee for using my debit card and was not informed of the fee, just happened to see it when she gave me the receipt to sign off on.

Steph was a great host/server. She was on point with refills and checking on my husband and myself.  The food was hot and delicious - just as we hoped! The waiting area was crowded, but that just means they are a hot spot.Food: 5/5
