Damn! what the heck! Got extremely GREAT service from this locations night crew today..especially the manager. Billy i think. Hope they can keep him..or I may be by with some of the jobs we offer....great credit to McDonald's.
In a time where all of the fast food staples seem to be declining in quality or making changes to fries and sides left and right, this was a breath of fresh air. It's been over a year since I ate in at a McDonald's but my Big Mac and Fries we're exactly as I remember them, and that's fine! Also have to commend the speed of this location as a bus pulled up and they totally owned the situation without slowing down at all.
Flies are not what I ordered! I always order a large iced vanilla coffee. It's my fav. I was half through my coffee when I had a chunk sipped into my mouth. I was trying to play it cool pregnant passenger in the car with me I was hoping it was just a little chunk of creamer, vanilla syrup, or machinery. Nope! No such luck. I got the chunk on the tip of my finger and see it's a fly. I was still trying to act okay but I lost. Coffee went everywhere! I will never again eat or get a drink there! I was horrified and disgusted! Please, I beg you, do better!!!!
This McDonald's is 2 blocks from me, so I frequently go here. I also pick up Uber eats here. While the store is always busy, the staff does an excellent job of keeping the line moving. I recommend this store as they are also open 24 hours.
Charge more than other McDonald's around Springfield on ice cream, cookies and other exact food items. This location is McDaniel n National...Also I think all locations should bring back dollar menu items again. The public needs and deserves it. Like me, I have given you my business for 49 years. When I run short on money I sometimes can't afford to eat at your restaurant. Do you really need the xtra 19 cents charge for your large drinks? The entrance on National should really be closed off with the drive through people leaving I've almost had several fender benders. Very dangerous for your customers trying to get through the drive thru. Should all enter on McDaniel entrance next to the attorney who put his sign by the road where people can't even see cars coming when trying to pull onto National. An attorney who thinks his name he's advertising to public was more important than their basic safety...
Fast friendly service, repeated my order, handed back the correct change and my caramel machado was made correctly... for the 1st time in years I have nothing negative to say and will probably only go back to this one until they give me reason not to.Food: 5/5
Not only did my car break down here, but the gentlmen here came out and helped me push it out of the drive thru and then came back after getting a gas can and my food was made fresh hot. Thanks guys!
The kiosks is not very user-friendly. To continue with order you have to choose "Add to my order" option. Well I didn't want anything else so why would I choose that option? So I reached a dead end and couldn't finish my order. This type of stupid lack of understanding how people actually think is caused by a blind drive to always upsell the customer. It screams of a systemic flaw within cooperate mindset that is and will continue to disgust consumers. I will not use the kiosks until that is corrected. And by the way, no I don't want frys with that.
Food was okay, but the drive through speed was slow. I don't think it was McDonald's fault, but when people come to the drive through with multiple orders, the staff should tell them to come inside. Lady in front of me had 7 orders.
Drive through personnel and management was rude. Ended my order before my order was complete acted like they added to my order when I got to the window but didnt, had to correct it twice. Got called rude for zero reason and when explaining to the manager what had really happened she called me a liar. The day before I had half raw food, and deconstructed sandwiches to the point I had to put them back together again. Horrible customer service
