The place was empty at 1 pm on a weekday. Service was great. Food was hot and cooked well. Some tables and the floor were dirty but not terrible. There was only one drink machine working. I won't go again simply because I feel like the pricing is too high. I realize that you can get anything you want on your burger, but it's still just a burger. And... no ranch?!?!?! Those fries NEED ranch.
Man, between this place and whataburger it's a tough call as to who I would say is my favorite burger place. I can't say a bad word about 5 guys, they have great food and you definitely get what you pay for! I will definitely continue to come in for a great burger!Food: 5/5
I didn’t actually buy anything here tonight, I just wanted to leave a review because I picked up a to-go order to deliver through Grubhub, and I was treated so well by the staff I just wanted to say thanks for the great customer service! First time since I started doing deliveries a couple months ago that I was offered a drink and a snack while I waited, very thoughtful staff. I was very pleased with my experience here 10/10 :

Great food, great fries, burger is filling, toppings on the burger are free, generous portions, and the people that work there seem more friendly than normal.
Food is great. Outrageously priced but good. If they had heat and ketchup would even be better. Maybe a soda machine that worked.

My wife and I got the regular cheese burger and it was great. Turned out to be a double cheeseburger. She and I barely ate all of it. We'll get what's called the little cheeseburger next time. Also, the employees are very generous with the amount of fries you get. They're actually trained to give you more than you expect. This is a good business with good employees.
The food was good although walking around the corner to get a haircut there was a black man peeing on the sidewalk kind of a rough part of town there The service and food was good and it was clean workers were friendly
Haven't eaten here since the pandemic started. I'm very proud of what they've done to help keep everyone safe. Kitchen is surrounded with sheets of plastic barrier, every other table is marked off to not use, and the tables that are in use have paper towels and cleaner at them if you wish to use them before or after you eat. Also using a new cup for refills. Food is great as always. Keep up the amazing work
