Was sat down, then told by the waiter on 3 different instances that he would "be right with us". 20 mins later we left with out ever even getting a drink. This establishment runs at a capacity that staff and management can't handle with their current employment rate. Don't waste your time

Horrible customer service , the bartenders couldn’t even make my drink , the guest next to us asked if they were preparing our drink and said she felt bad for us because of the service and the timing on waiting for them to google how to make it smfh... our server was not friendly at all & our food  took awhile to come and was not even hot and we wanted more drinks and food and decided to just leave because of the experience being so bad but after waiting 15-20 more minutes just to get our check right before myhusband went to pay I noticed we were charged for a drink never even brought to us ...

The waitress was nice however the server slammed our plates and appetizer down and I was livid.  No apologies or nothing.  So we left. Worst experience EVER

Worst service ever. Our waitress was absolutely scared to ask us if we needed anything. We had to flag her down. She was afraid to make eye contact, which is absolutely offensive. We are both professionals that work with the public, and she was absolutely rude. This young lady totally ruined my last night dinner with my partner. Please drive to another town and do not come here unless being ignored is your fetish.

Service was terrible, worst I have ever had at any Applebee's. It one of my favorite chain restraunts but the service here was unacceptable and the food was marginal at best.
