Spaghetti factory has always been good...Sunday at 3pm , hardly busy.. hostess says 15 . Minute wait. Sat in bar, took a while to get a glance and acknowledge our presence . Staff doesn't smile much or seem in a good mood. This place could run a lot smoother with the large staffing ,but I guess they're betting on their name for continued business success.  This is just my opinion of today . It should be consistent , it's not.

The pasta is always good, The broccoli is even better, and it's really well-priced. If you're going inside to eat, I suggest you make a reservation or plan on waiting. But just remember you can get that great food and get it to go home also, call in your order and pick it up. Oh so good!

Fast service...no wait to be seated on Friday night. The salad that comes with the meal has majority iceberg lettuce. Unbelievable. I expected fresh greens....with the color green. The served bread is sugar....a little tough and bland but I don't really like sourdough bread--I won't be adding calories there.  I loved the brown butter pasta with Mizithra cheese. Service was rapid. I will visit again for the entree amd order a soup instead of salad. Nonetheless, my daughter loves pasta. Ambience is nice. The seating in the trolley was cool though it is very loud and noisy due to high ceilings and cement floors.

Went on February 18, 2018.  Worst service ever.  Had a accident at the table and asked three waitresses for help, receiving no help we cleaned up the best we could with the napkins on the table.  Then we asked for more napkins this time two waitresses with no result, finally got up from the table and ask the manager for napkins of course he had to fine some.  Got half the drinks and then waited over 10 minutes for the rest of the drinks.  Waited and waited for the salads to be delivered, finally they came and then we waited for the food and ice cream.  Over 2 hours at the restaurant.  However they were there within 5 minutes to pickup the bill.  If you have 2 hours  to waste then this is the place to eat.
