I've been a regular of famous Daves for almost five years. I always got great service, good drinks and amazing food. 

The last two times I went weren't even close to as good as they once were. All the good drinks they had were gone, the food was okay but not as good as it usually is. Worst of all IMO is the potato wedges they used to have? Their "famous fries" that were big enough to put sauce on each fry? Those are gone now in favor of soggy little normal french fries that make mcdonalds fries look gourmet. I won't be back for a while, and when I do feel like giving FD another chance, it'll be their last one.

I've been to this place quite a few times and enjoyed it every time. The food is always hot and made fresh. Desserts are awesome as well.  However this visit the brisket in the feast for two I shared with my friend was a bit salty to the point I was not able to finished my share. My friend noticed it as well and was unable to let the waitress due to us finishing up.

Besides that it was great regardless and I would suggest going there with family, friends or as a group.

They let us site outside with my dog on the patio. I couldn't leave my dog in a hot vehicle. Waitress brought water for my mutt. Great BBQ, large portions in a clean & friendly environment. We were all happy. BBQ is good for the tail. My dog couldn't stop wagging! They have great happy hour deals in the bar too!
