My husband and I hadn’t been here in a longtime. We always have a bad experience at this restaurant. But tonight was different the the new kitchen manager came out and introduce him self to us. That was a big plus never had that happen here for us. Our food came out really fast and tasted great , awesome services and the manager he came back and check on us to make sure everything came out perfect. He’s a keeper and we’ll be back soon.

This Applebee’s here in Clovis was unprofessional.  Never went went the extra mile, not even hit the mark.  Very novice workers and leadership here.  It was also my birthday and didn’t even get a birthday song. 3 minutes after we “sang” ourselves,  they “sang” to the table next to mine.  They even knew it was my birthday.

Being past the birthday, food was cold, ketchup was out, and the wrong receipts were given.  This place is NOT a place to go.

The restaurant was not busy at all, maybe just less than half the amount of patrons the space can accommodate. But it still took a few minutes for the server to arrive, and another 8 minutes before they even brought out the drinks. We then ordered our food with an appetizer. Twenty minutes later I finally got a chance to ask about the appetizer, which came out 2 minutes later, with our entrees 3 minutes behind that. Everything seemed to have been sitting under the heat warmer lamps and things began to harden, especially my cheeseburger bun. The bun literally couldn't be bitten through, just chipped away at the bread. And talk about a pathetic burger, McDonald's does better than that. So with a uninformed server who didn't know what came with what entree, her messing up the order anyways, we tried to make the best of it... But honestly my family of four all had lousy meals with old food reheated several times. I know remember why I have not eaten there with or without my family in a couple years, it will never happen again I can promise you that. I also discourage anyone else from attempting to eat at this Apple Bee's in Clovis, NM.

I've been here 3 times and all of them the portions have been mediocre for the price, and the food has been cooked wrong. Both me and my girlfriend have gotten food poisoning here, we hadn't even left before she started feeling sick. Friendly service but terible food.
