The service here is always great. What people don't realize is that everyone here has good and bad days, and the servers don't control the quality of the food. People who are extremely disrespectful and quite rude may not deserve good service. They need to realize their actions have ramifications.  Just because you look at yourself as a lesser person doesn't give you the right to treat people how you view yourself. The employees of Chili's give the customer the best they can at that moment and if you didn't want the chance of the food or service not being how you wanted then you should of stayed home. I give this restaurant the rating I do because every time I am there I treat them with respect and they return the favor.

Don't have the Fajitas.  They did not have much flavor.    But the service was great.

Went there tonight with some coworkers. We walked in and immediately sat ourselves in the bar area. A waitress came to our table, slammed silverware down and said when there is a wait you can't seat yourselves in the bar area, gave us a dirty look and asked us what we wanted to drink, we looked at one another and walked out, all 5 of us! When we initially walked in, the hostess did not stop us from sitting in the bar area and there was not anyone waiting. There were many open tables in the dining area. Obviously this Chilis could care less if their wait staff is customer oriented. Very incompetent employees with attitudes. Was not my first time at this establishment, but gave them the benefit of the doubt to just get the same results. Not the only game in town, better off going elsewhere!

If there was a way that i could not give one star i wouldnt.... The service sucks the food was was cold it literally took an hour to get our food... We did not get refills on our drinks untill i made a complaint to the manager... The waitress was rude and rushed us to order our food... The manager did not compensate us or make us feel any better about this place or coming back... I would not recomend at at this chilies its horrible with horrible service...
