Our food was excellent. It goes to show how severe the front of the house's problems are when the food is great, but the restaurant is that empty. We ordered a drink, and it took 30 minutes to get it due to miscommunication. It is a problem when one gets his or her drink halfway through the entree.

The food here for the most part is good - good bang for your buck. I have a few favorite dishes I stick to. The service is so so. I always feel bombarded by the staff on how things are going with my stay.

I was very disappointed in the food my family was served. We got our food before we got out silverware so we had to flag a server down for that. The fries we got were cold, hard and felt like they had been sitting out all day, my steak was burnt, the ribs we ordered were over done and mostly just fat. To top it off we were charged for a salad we never received. The restaurant was not busy at all for a Saturday night so it could very well just been under staffed. Either that or there is a lack of training for the employees. I feel as though we just wasted our money for that dinner.

Staff was rude and never checked on us, seating took 30 minutes, prices were a bit much for the poor quality of food, drinks were overpriced for sure. Will not be going back.

It's Applebee's. Food is good, consistent. Staff is ok. Watch out for the iPads at the tables with games. They charge you to play, unbeknownst to me when my child ran up another side bill playing around.
