Being from Texas, we have experienced almost every level of BBQ joint. Smokey Bones was just average in my book. Service was good and helpful. Wait time for 7:30 Saturday night was about 45 minutes but the rush died down quickly after that. I had the ribs and they were decent although not the best I ever had. My only complaint, and this is in no way the fault of the establishment, was that the top of the BBQ sauce came off and dumped sauce everywhere. Basically, it ruined my meal but again not the fault of the establishment. Drinks were served in small mason jar style glasses and because of the small size, I felt our server had to run a lot. Overall, not a bad experience and not bad food - but still average in my book.

I will say the waitress was wonderful. Very kind and helpful. However, the rest of the meal wasn't as great. The building was very cold so the food was quick to follow. The sauce on the ribs was way too sweet. The fries tasted like they were frozen and then over cooked, they were all hard. Nachos were just shredded cheese that was thrown over chips and microwaved. Way too expensive for such low quality food. Won't be returning and won't be recommending.

Had a great time Tuesday night!! Fantastic service!! Nice to see so many willing to go above and beyond!! I love seeing the manager in the dining room!! Food was awesome and the atmosphere is very inviting!! Can't wait to go back!! Thanks Peachtree

My husband and I decided that we were going to try a new restaurant and ended up at Smokey Bones in Peachtree City. I saw that you had Texas style brisket so we were excited to try it. Our waitress Brianna, was wonderful by the way. When we received the food we were very happy with the brisket until I found a black hair under it. I told Brianna and she was noticeably horrified and I told her and she came back to let me know that the manager Sheree was going to remake the plate for me. Odd i thought that she, not a manager would come out, but i was thinking that really was good brisket I'll give it another try. After all, i was here to enjoy a meal WITH my husband. Ok. I watched my husband eat and which I insisted no sense in his being cold while awaiting my remake. It comes out I start with brisket and go to the ribs guess what was in the ribs. Yes we were as shocked as anyone another hair. I show my husband decide we just want it taken off our bill and to leave when lo and behold Sheree makes her appearance. I find out it was to tell us no one back in the kitchen could of possibly done that and I told her I didn't want to argue with her to please just remove it from the bill so we could be on our way. I can't believe that she actually would imply that it was our fault in some way. And she was loud about it and rude. Wow. Really.? Very unprofessional and the more I think about it the more angry I become. My husband asked me after we got home if I was going to review and I said yes he said to include the fact that the manager eyed us all of the way out of the restaurant, which I had not payed attention to, probably for the best i didn't notice. I did take care of Brianna regardless of her being stuck in the middle of a bad situation, her service was far from the problem. Guess we will stay with what we know. Sad Smokey Bones you need to look into a Management Skills class for the people you hire to run your business. At least this one "manager" for sure!

Came in for an early lunch today!! Great time, quick like I needed, pulled pork is yummy!! Next time I’m trying that brunch, she offered but I didn’t bite!! It looks so good! Loving the vibe. Can’t wait till next Sunday! Great service as always!
