Not a pleasant experience. The overall feeling is more like a Waffle House and the music was so loud we could not even talk to each other. The employees are nice and attentive and when we asked them to lower the music volume they did. The food was subpar. I was in a group of 5. Two ordered the ribs and they both complained they were not good and had very little meat. Another guest ordered the steak and it was so tough that she took it home for her dog. I had the half chicken avocado sandwich, a very small salad and about 7 French fries for about $9. The price wasn't so bad, but the food just wasn't good. I personally would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We have frequented Chili's for many years and will continue to do so but not here in Hiram.  Arriving to a vacated host/hostest stand, we waited for over 5 minutes for someone to show up before just heading to the bar to eat.  Bar staff was friendly but the quality of our beverages were not up to normal Chili's standards. I guess you have to ask for chips and salsa anymore to get any when it used to be a standard.  Wife ordered a steak only to be informed 10-15 minutes later they were frozen and we're not available.  Subbed chicken enchiladas only to be disappointed in the quality and lack of taste.  My steak and shrimp fajitas were served very hot and had good seasoning.  High end margaritas just weren't.   One and done, settled for a draft. Unfortunately, this is strike three at this particular restaurant.

Seems like every time I go the food is getting worse. Nothing ever tastes fresh anymore. It use to be great and I use to go a lot but not anymore. It doesn't matter if you go in to eat or pick it up just doesn't taste good anymore like it's been setting there too long. Service is getting worse as well.

Southwestern Eggrolls is exactly what keep me coming back. Their menus are simple yet offer alot. Been seated fairly quickly each time I have arrived. Easily accessible from the highway and have several driveways in case you passed it you don't have to turn all the way around.

As much I advocate for Chilis Restaurants , only because this F&B restaurant chain has proven outstanding.  I frequent many as my work takes me across this nation.  However am sadden to my experience here at this location on Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy. Please this site is in dire for improvements. Staff was nice and seemed to really are trying.
