Ordered carry-out inside pick up today since I work nearby. Thought that I would give it a try as their classic combo is reasonably priced (selected a chicken fajita rollup paired with a house salad). I was admittedly a bit nervous because of so many negative reviews but my experience was not bad whatsoever; in fact, quite the opposite. I arrived 10 minutes after ordering online (very easy) and opted to pick up inside and also pay upon arrival. When I entered I was greeted by a nice host and directed to the bar following a question. The worker whom brought out my food was also friendly and ensured that all my items were in the bag. Food was fresh and at the expected temperature. All in all, I will be back. Another positive experience tonight (09/06/17) for dinner. Dined-in with mom and had a fantastic experience (did the two for $25). Food was fresh and prompt. Service was attentive and friendly (thanks, Ashley).

Waitress was slow. She took five minutes to bring water to the table. She served everyone else that came in after us, and my spouse and I were still waiting for our appetizer. When she noticed that patience was being lost at our table she immediately came over and stated she was going to see what the hold up was. When she finally came back twenty minutes later my husband food looked thrown together, and my salad was dry and chicken was hard. Informed waitress that spouse order was wrong, and we still have not received our appetizer. She look as though she was shocked, but 15 minutes earlier she delievered the same appetizer to another table that was seated after us. When she corrected spouse food she finally bought out the appetizer and it looked as though they poured sauce over it and put it in the microwave. Very disappointed.

We love apple bee's it was the service we got from a person name Jennifer found out she is no longer there yea she was awful. Now she's gone we will come back for good cause apple bee' s my favorite always. Love the food and friendliness.

The absolute worst apple bees I've been to ever, food not good my plate with my salad was dirty, the bathroom was NASTY no toilet paper or soap in the Despenser floors nasty. I seen an employe cough in his hand and Not wash them he just sat back & chilled continue to talk to the other worker. SMH @ This place.

Service was mediocre/food was good. From the obviously unenthused gentleman host to the idgaf/idk waitress.
