I am here at chili's and i ordered the tex fries and loaded boneless wings and they were cold. The cheese was already hardened by the time it reached my table. My husband ordered ribs and they were tough. The waiter was nice and did the best he could. He informed me it was his first night. I will not becoming back again. 40.00 and over half of my food was cold.

I've always liked eating at Chili's. Back in my area-just south of St. Louis. Now I'm in Georgia little over a year, I had to find a Chili's nearby. My sister and I just had lunch at the Chili's on LaVista Rd at Toco Hills Plaza. I had a large size burger sandwich-2 onion rings on it, fries, iced tea. OH So GOOD! Brought home some of it for supper.

The food is fine and the service is nothing to gush over. However, the black cooks spice up things that aren't even supposed to be spicy like pasta. What I got (the steak and eggs) was really good, but my friends who got the pasta were very disappointed

As I sit here in this under staffed restaurant, I thought to write a review. So here it is folks. My girlfriend and I entered the restaurant and we got seated quick which was great. The food was not good at all. The steak we order didn't come out the temp we asked for. The potatoes were not loaded like the menu said. The waiter is waiting 10 tables including us, we ask for things and it doesn't get to the table until like 15 mins after we ask. If your expecting good customer service and food don't come here.

Wow so I had a group of 14 at this location we were seated in about 5 minutes. We were sitting for 15 minutes and no one came to take our drinks. We got up and walked out next door to Outback. So when we left there were 3 waitress just sitting down next to us and no one of them would move. They acted surprised as if for why. Really no wonder you have 3.7 stats horrible never again.
