Ordered the shrimp parm steak med rare. it came to me like a dark grey piece of rubber. All the toppings were thrown all over my dish ..not on the steak.i told the waitress and the manager just said he wont charge my steak cause they are busy. But didnt try to fix the steak or anything and the same with my husbands steak. There was 7 tables filled with people and we waited 35 min for our rubber steaks. I will never go there again. And its a shame my family spends hundreds there a month .but never again. The waitress was the best though! She really was on top of her game all the others were just standing around goofing off and talking. Was not happy me and my husband just paid the check and left the food there on the table not touched.

Food was good. Silverware was not clean, fingerprints, water spots and just didn't appear clean. Restroom floor sticky.

Portion sizes are tiny compared to what you pay. Quality of food is poor. Staff aren't attentive and their attitudes are not friendly or helpful.

Just left.... 15 minutes at table waiting on someone to ask about drinks or to even acknowledge my existence. I guess the waitstaff were all deciding where they were going to apply once they're unemployed for providing such quality service.

We haven't been there for several years. Chili's was packed and Applebee's had a handful of customers. The quality of the food  explained the reason. We won't be going back soon.
