We've given this location several tries since this is the closest Applebee's to where we live. Every time the wait has been excessive, not to get seated, but after we get seated. There's never a line at the door, but we'll wait more than 30 minutes to have anyone even greet us at the table and take a drink order. Ordered a steak rare and it came out at least medium well (picture attached). They burned the kid's grilled cheese.  Seriously.  Two times we were told a manager would stop by our table or "do something for us" as a result of the wait and food and never actually had one come by. The bill was not adjusted. Whatever, we paid and tipped the waiter (who was friendly and very apologetic) and go out.

Other locations are totally fine. St. Anthony (when it was open) was fine, Roseville is fine. This particular location is just terrible. Pick a different restaurant locally or pick a different Applebee's.

Had a wonderful six ounce sirloin steak here today.  Gave us a huge salad, great garlic mashed potatoes and green beans.  The price and amount of food was phenomenal for lunch! Love this place!!

Food was good. Glass that the beer came in had some other person's lip marks on it. Other then that it was great.
