Just watched someone throw a full cigarette burning on the ground before they walked in the front door. Was appalled to realize it was an employee! Way to take pride in the place you work. Very disappointed.

Just got to work and my blueberry oatmeal was missing the organic agave syrup and instead had brown sugar.  Big difference.  Strike two.  With expired blueberries.  Strike three.

I love the fact that I can go to a Starbucks in Minneapolis, Denver, NY or any small town and my drink is going to taste the same, no surprises. Just great coffee and wonderful service.

It went from a 5 star to a three star. I do like this place. For what ever reason they missed my mobile order all together for the first time. I sat for 20 min before I had to leave for work. I don't know if I would come back. That have to be fixed. Plus they said it didn't come through the line and I saw my name from the line and the cup was just sitting there and completely skipped over it. So I waited. Maybe doing one order at a time and not sticking orders on a cup to the point your missing three orders would do great. I've been going to Starbucks everyday to know what to look for.

Great vibe and location but the slowest service I've seen at a Starbucks in Minnesota. 
The last 3x visits have averaged 8-10 minutes to receive my drink. Very dissapointed.

I've literally only been to this place 1x. A girlfriend eats @ Starbucks a lot (but not at this location) and we went thru the drive thru.

Employees were sooo quick to make the coffee drink and sandwich that she ordered, I was really surprised.

The drive thru menu was really nice, as in, it was pictures! Sounds like a dumb idea, but I loved it, being a visual person.
