We were a party of 6 on Fri. 3 of us got our food, we were almost done by the time 2 others got their food. The last 1 was served their meal when the rest of us were done. Steak was over cooked. Had to take a box home. And not much of an apology. Our waitress was very nice and did as good a job as she could. She explained they gave the last meal to someone else. Won't be going back for awhile.

Not great...  the host was playing on her cell phone so we had to wait to be seated. She put us in the closest booth... didn't ask our preference. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to ask for our drink order. I informed her that we were ready to order or food (we knew exactly what we were getting when we came in no menu needed). Waitress showed up with drinks and we ordered. It took 30 minutes for us to get our appetizer and the food was delivered right after(within 2 minutes). Waitress asked us if we wanted dessert 11 minutes after we got our food we were still eating and we said no thank you so she offered us to go boxes and gave us our ticket(11 minutes after getting our food!)  Grand Island has so many dining choices this one will not be on my list again. Did I mention they were definitely not busy...maybe 15 people in the restaurant.

I love this restaurant! If I chose were to eat it's always here. There's a waiter named Ryan and a bartender named Becca; the service we have received from those 2 employees specifically has been phenomenal! If you go ask for Ryan! He will take the best care of you!

We love Applebees!  Consistent food quality and flavor.  Half price appetizers from 3pm til 6pm make a delicious meal by themselves.

Not happy, ordered online at 11:45 said car side to go at 1pm, waited outside for them to come out, for at least 5 min no one did had to go inside to ask for orders. Only two orders were done other two werent had to wait 15 mins for the others. My thought on on line order is its for convenience..as with car side ...not only was I late for work due to how unorganized they were I will never do that again ever!! Lost a customer..I didn't want to give them a star but it made me.. ...one more thing there was only four tables w customers...no excuses..
