The food was great and staff was friendly but it was terribly "unkempt ". The floor behind the counter was very bad and so was the floor around the tables. The cheese sauce looked old and was dripped all over the counter. The beans looked old and unstirred. It was about 4:45 so it wasn't a busy time. Your next staff meeting needs to address cleanliness. When a customer sees the public area so dirty, it makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like.

There was no employees when we walked in. Had to knock on the counter for attention. First employees walked out and said that they weren't the cook guy. Food tasted bland. Pop dispenser was turned off and again took having to catch the attention of the employees to get assistance.

Delicious sandwich. Unkept store. Was not busy at all. I was only customer...for a while.

Long lines during lunch, but the food is worth it. Nice clean environment to eat at.
