Order a pizza while travelling and they "rushed" the cook time from 30 minutes to 15 minutes since we were waiting in the car. Clean and bathroom had clean counter, trash, and toilet.  A little run down but maintain and friendly staff.

Alexander needs to make eye contact once and a while. Went my entire dinner trying to get his attention to get a soda. Never did. Told him at checkout, with no apology, and no soda to go!

Went to a birthday party at this location and ordered a tray of bread sticks and water. After about 40 minutes I had to ask if they were even being made. They couldn't find an order so another was made, then promptly removed because it actually was there. After another 20 minutes, I was actually brought bread sticks, then had to ask for the water again. Upon paying, nobody thought it was excessive to wait a full hour for bread sticks, and nobody gave me any reason to come back.

Worst service I've ever had with a pizza joint.

Horrible dining experience.  None of the workers cared that we were in the dining are.  It took 25 minutes for someone to take our order. That was after we had to go to the counter to tell tem we were waiting to put in an order.  A drink was never brought with out returning to the front counter.  As 3 of the meals were brought, we were told twice that the 4th meal of wings was being sauced.  We still need to return to the counter to ask for the saused wings and breadsticks.  The breadsticks arrived an hour after we had been at the table.  HORRIBLE service!  I observed workers standing at the front counter on personal phones.  The workers said they were busy, but a manager never came out to check on the dining room.  The original server that sat us never did return to our table.  We will NEVER return to the Pizza Hut on Diers Ave.
