We are visiting Crawfordsville, and ordered pizza and breadsticks with cheese. It took the young man who answered the phone at least 3 minutes to determine if they delivered to our hotel, 10 minutes away. He then told me that my order (large pepperoni pizza, breadsticks and cheese) came to $25.05. I said "are you serious? That's expensive!" He then said the total was $17.01. Delivery was to be in 35 minutes. About 45 minutes later the driver arrived, and after he left we realized he had not brought any cheese. I called the store to see if they could reach him on his cell phone to have him return to the hotel. The manager said "your order only shows one side of cheese sauce." I told him we didn't even receive that; we have a box of hard, dry breadsticks and no cheese at all. The manager told me when the driver returned to the store, he'd send him back with cheese. I told him we'd be happy to pay extra for more than one container, as well. That was 56 minutes ago. Something tells me, we aren't getting any cheese sauce. After reading these reviews, I'm not surprised...I ALWAYS read reviews before ordering anything...but I didn't tonight. At least my son enjoyed the pizza... (I prefer Pizza Hut!)
*****ADDENDUM***** THE DRIVER JUST RETURNED AND BROUGHT US 7 CHEESE CONTAINERS, AT NO CHARGE. It took an hour and 4 minutes, but they made it right. The breadsticks are cold, but we have a microwave in our hotel room, so it's okay. Thanks, Papa John's.

This business is under new management.. Delivery was fast and order was right. When they answered the phone they were very pleasent and thorough .

The man working decided he wanted to close early and canceled my online order.  Doing things like that should get you fired.
