We are regulars but that ended today.  We went in no one was in there, all but 3 tables were dirty,  two employees were standing at the counter doing nothing,  the owner was texting on his phone.  We sat for 15 minutes no greeting,  no menus,  no acknowledgement while they stood and talked.  We ended up walking out and will not return for a while.  Definitely missing our regular wait staff the people obviously don't care and the owner showed no concern when we walked out without ordering he was still on his phone.  Sad day this place used to be great.

Terrible service!! We waited for over an hour for one pizza and one steak and cheese. There were multiple tables that came in after us and got their food way before us. The waitress never bothered to apologize, and never offered an explanation as to why our wait was so long. The waitress was only concerned about socializing with a different table and only checked on us once. Finally I paid and realized after that I’d been overcharged but at that point I was just ready to leave. Brothers used to be one of my favorites pizza places, but tonight left me very dissapointed.

Waited for almost an hour and the food wasn't near as good as it used to be. I was so disappointed.

The worst ever...I never experienced true Italian food that is so bland...pasta with broccoli...just dry noodles with broccoli and cheese on top...the worst...go to New Brothers Pizza in Fishersville Va...or Ciro's in Waynesboro...and I don't even want to describe a cheese steak sub... terrible!!! Never again!! So damn disappointed

This is a really good choice for pizza on the south end of Staunton. I have always had both great food and service here. I usually don’t call my order ahead and still don’t think I’ve waited more than 15 minutes to get my food.
