I called this establishment( Wednesday 11/8) to arrange for service for my washing machine and was told it could not be done before the Monday of the next week because the service techs don’t work on Saturday. My tech arrived early, and found the problem quickly. He told me it needed to go to the shop, and that Linda would call me with the arrangement of it being picked up. Linda called Wednesday around noon, and left a voicemail. I called back twice but never received a return call. I called again twice Thursday, and she finally returned my call about 5pm that evening, saying that she would have to arrange for a separate pick up crew to pick up my unit since it would be an evening time (4:30 pm)!! But she told me that she would confirm with me on Friday for this. I hadn’t heard anything by Friday noon, so at 3:45 I again called, leaving a message. I never heard from her. It is now Saturday morning at 11:30 and I still have not heard from her. I have just called and left another agitated voicemail, saying that if she doesn’t return my call by Monday noon I will take my business elsewhere. Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I would not recommend this company. Guess I should have checked their reviews first!! Update!!! Linda called at 1:00 this afternoon —11/18 (imagine that—-after my voicemail this morning) and that that they had made a terrible faux pas—the repairman would be out of town this whole next week (Thanksgiving week). She then went on to ask me if was my washer was still usable??? REALLY!!!! I told her that this was unacceptable as it should have already been in the shop and repaired. I told her thank you, but I was going to call another repair shop, and then hung up the phone.

Called to sell them a couple deep freezers. Linda was very nice at first, and called around to ask her customers if anyone was looking for them. She found someone and asked me to bring them up to the shop. I had to call a baby sitter to watch my children just to run them up there. When I arrived Linda was nowhere to be found and would not answer her phone. The worker, Denny, who was there was straight up rude!!! He couldn't get a hold of Linda either. He then threw his hands in the air telling me "she ain't gonna give you no money for those". Straight up ignorant and rude! Linda continued to never answer her phone for either of us! Or care enough to show up!! So I paid for a sitter because Linda said she would give me money for them and she never answered or showed!! And her staff was ignorant and rude of the get go! I would also give negative stars if I could!!! Never go there!!

We had the worst experience with Appliance Mart in Streetsboro. Worst Ever. Terrible. We've done business with them before but never will again after this. We bought a refrigerator since ours wasn't working-- needed one asap. They told us to go home and empty out the old fridge and they would help move it out and the new one in the same night. Rushed home to take out my food and they never came. Delivery guy called us and hung up on us. We had to throw out half our food. Left messages for Linda and waited for them to reopen. Called this morning and said yeah, where is my refrigerator? So we set a new time of 4 pm for delivery-- surprise! Never showed! My husband called and Linda says, oh, he just left and should be pulling in your drive way any minute. Again no one was showing up, didn't come. This time my husband went up there before they closed because we're not getting shafted again and Linda said she can't get ahold of the guy, doesn't know where he is, he's not answering his phone, etc. At this point we want our money back, so she says to my husband to pick a fridge out to use temporarily until they find the one we paid for. Um, no thank you--so I can waste 2 more days for them to show up and swap fridges? I don't have time for this. While Linda was initially pleasant to deal with, I still have no refrigerator and have wasted 2 days on them after paying cash upfront. This is unacceptable and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I can't stress my frustration enough over this situation. Rate negative stars if I could.

Charged upfront service fee (understandable). Told us they couldn't get the part from GE (again understandable). I googled the part number and ordered online my self (they could have done this). After it came in and they came back out to install they stated he need instructions on how to do the firmware update and left. I again googled the part number and instructions which I emailed to them (they could have done this). Called back later in the day to state they would not fix our fridge. Very disappointing!
