CHANGE: I've returned back to this Goodwill because it is closest to me, and I've noticed prices have gone down and it doesn't smell as bad as it used to. Staff has been more courteous lately. Maybe I just had a bad experience before, but I'm really liking this Goodwill! They do upcharge on certain things (which is annoying) and it definitely isn't the nicest Goodwill I've been to, but I've found some gems that keep me coming back for more! Overall, I'm pleased with the changes I'm seeing. I just wish it was cleaner and more affordable like some other Goodwills I've gone to. I'll be back! PREVIOUS REVIEW: This Goodwill is extremely over priced. It smells nasty in here and the people here are rude. It's very big but yet there's barely any space to motor your cart around. I've been to WAY nicer locations that have much lower prices. You're better off going to a garage sale or another Goodwill that doesn't up charge every item in the store. Disappointing. :( On a positive note, staff is helpful and I did a few gems.

prices are high for donated items they get for free but thats why when you google goodwill ceo it says he makes 2.4 million a year but they claim to be non profit ahh we are all in the wrong business i think

Prices where unbelievable. When I go to Amherst or Elyria they are way cheaper. When I go to Lakewood, north ridgeville or Westlake they are triple that. I saw a faded Spider-Man shirt for 6$ used, faded 6$. You can literally go to Wal-Mart and get shirts for 7.50$ new! Unbelievable, that this company plays the city's like this.

I'm a big thrift shopper. With 2 teenage girls and myself I would have to take out a 2nd mortgage if I were paying retail for all the clothes, shoes and jackets we go through. This Goodwill is a little pricey. You may find items for $25 just because they have original tags (from 5 years ago) but everything is organized by size - very helpful and not the case with all thrift stores in the area. Plus they have dressing rooms. Furniture isn't cheap and I've never seen tools or yard stuff (rakes, etc)

The store is dirty and overpriced. The shelves are loaded with chipped glassware and just a total mess.
