Easy from start to finish. I called the phone number and told them my ideal location and size needed. They found exactly what I wanted and at a great price. The staff at the Miller drive location were fantastic and had a great sense of humor. Will use again and recommend to friends.

Extremely great service. I Forgot the name of the representative that got me going. She was amazing. Extremely friendly, very informative, her personality even put me in a better mood to start my day. Prices vary but still very reasonable. Will definitely recommend them .

Everyone at access storage is very nice, a little misunderstanding about the offer of one month free promotion but was able to clear up the confusion with one quick phone call and have received excellent service so far. Staff at Miller Dr are very friendly and helpful.  Overall experience was good. No complaints.

We did a long move back to alberta and we were having some hard times when we got back. They didn’t work with us at all on the payment situation and we lost all our stuff. I wouldn’t recommend them if your leaving the province.

Excellent and reliable service at an unbeatable price. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are there to help you through the process.

Very helpful in locating a storage unit in one of their locations.  I would recommend them easily over other companies i have dealt with.
