There so nice and understanding

So far our stuff has been ok , I hope it stays that way, found the women in office to be very understanding when I was late on my storage unit bill when had a unexspectant bill come up .

I have been waiting 2 weeks for someone from this company to get back to me about my stuff that has urine and feces all over it from animals.  All my stuff that was in this storage place has been eaten by animals. They ate through clothes, blankets, pictures, Wii remotes, everything stinks like urine. Everything that was stored there has urine or feces on it. I also have pictures of everything that is ruined. I have to use gloves and a mask to go through my own belongings. I am very, very unsatisfied. It broke my heart to see all my belongings destroyed.  I had to throw away half of my life.  I could have left my stuff outside under a tarp and had a better experience.  I would not recommend storing your stuff at this place, especially if it means something to you.  They don't even deserve the one star, but it wouldn't post without picking the star.
