I've never rented from a better company. They had a quick response time for maintenance, and when we had to switch out a person on our lease, Brian was incredibly helpful in walking us step by step through that process. Thanks for a great experience APS!

Misleading Company.....renters I would not trust this Co. We're mislead, then lied to. Paid 50.00 for screening, spoke to previous housing because APS said we had bad rental history(lived in Lincoln Military Housing so rent came straight out allotment)we were NEVER LATE, not one time. So because I knew we were never late I was curious and called and spoke to Ashley at Lincoln Military Housing. She and her boss Jenn both confirmed nothing from APS came thru requesting our rental history. So....long story short, we were told no due to rental history(have that in email) and they never checked it!!!!! Do think this Co may have issues with tattoos, and/or anything other than your usual Modern family. Which is to me, discrimination!!! Leasing agent was rude, ask to have owner of Co to call me, NOTHING!!! VERY unprofessional!!!

Loved working with APS, especially Martha Warren! I was uneasy about renting our home, but Martha was very efficient in handling all the details and made sure that all steps were taken to protect my home. She said, "I work for you, and you and your home are my top priority." She is professional and knowledgeable, and was always available to address my questions or concerns. I would definitely use Martha again and recommend her to others. Great experience!

Martha is professional, delightful. helping out finding my condo did not know the were back here. Love the place she found for me.. I recommend her to anyone who his looking for a real estate agent Kim Deal
