You can go to any real estate office in the city and being able to speak to either a receptionist or have someone in the office willing to speak with you about the business. 

Not here though. Expect to be told to leave and have the door slammed shut behind you if you have the audacity to enter without ringing a doorbell, as if you're entering someone's private residence rather than a professional workplace.

This place does not feel like a business. It is unprofessional, unwelcoming, and rude.
