They yelled at me trying to get me to let some man do my nails. When it was already established that I was waiting on one of the two other females. Long story short I get to the one lady and she puts my nail on slanted when I told her she starts yelling and tells me she doesn't know how to do nails. She doesn't put nails on..... I ask her why would you have me sit here waiting on you and you don't know how to do nails I could have continued to wait for the other lady. I ask her to take the nail off of my finger she starts pulling the nail. I tell her don't hurt my nail she gets the scissors and proceeds to cut the nail AND MY FINGER TIP!!! I have the pictures to prove it. After I yelled at her (mind you she's been yelling at me) she tells me to get out (can't tell me to get out while I'm already leaving). Never have I been so disrespected in my life. Rude rude rude they're lucky I don't Sue this place !

I was there less than 24 hours ago. My no chip is chipping. It is actually off half the nail. When she was painting it I asked about the paint because it seemed almost empty and hard to put on. She said it was done. Now it's Sunday..... I don't know if they are open Monday.... And I look crazy. To top it off the first thing they are going to say is...what did you do....as of it is my fault.

Attitudes sometimes...long wait times...but it's worth it. Quality products and my nails can stay on for over a month before next fill in🙌

So very unprofessional kelly was very disrespectful towards me confronted me about a problem i have at another shop her husband works at because i was unhappy with the way i was treated at oriental nails i waited two hours just to be told tom was tired two weeks ago i go to aqua and have to relive that bs that had nothing to do with there business at all and kelly refused to service me because her husband at another nail salon this was my last time ever dealing with these to company i am fileing my complaint in writing today to the BBB there's something gotta be done about the way we spend money with u people n think u gone just disrespect me
