Well for starters when first getting there they weren't ready for me because their employee wasn't there to take me in nor didn't show up.  So, to compensate they offered a foot cleanse til she got there. I had purchased a groupon that offered an hour massage and a half hour facial. So once I was done with the massage. They said since I got the foot cleanse, I choose that over the facial,  when in fact the cleanse was because their employee wasn't there's, then scheduled me an appointment to the facial once I made that clear. What kind of business is be ran by the so called professionals. Oh and to top it off, after everything was said and done the masseuse had the nerve to add in "aren't you going to leave a tip?" Are you serious!! This is very rude, unprofessional, and honestly I wouldn't recommend this place to a soul. I hope the owner sees this and sees the poor professionalism her company is running.

Fantastic experience! Jackie is so knowledgeable. I learned a lot about cleanses and things we can do to help our bodies rid ourselves of toxins. I was fascinated by the ionic foot cleanse and I'm hopeful that the wrap we did will really help smooth out my shape. Thanks Jackie!

I've been coming here to get a massage and several other services for a few months now and i love it. The staff here is excellent and they are very attentive and professional. It's a very relaxing environment. I highly recommend this spa.

I found Heaven in south Merrillville. The owner is great, staff is great and was very very very clean. When you walk in the front door all you feel is AWWWW!!!

We had a fantastic sisters spa day retreat. The services were wonderful, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. We had a super wonderful time. What a perfect holiday treat!! We had a good time and will most likely return again.
