terrible. i was not provided with the service i was charged for. Very unprofessional and rude. I am disgusted with the turn out. I left so upset, I tried multiple times to explain what they were doing wrong and they ignored me completely and told me I was wrong. Never returning and disgusted with my time there.

Manicure 2weeks ago $20 This week $30 and I had The exact same thing done. The lady told me i was wrong.  Not going back.....don't waste your time.   She was on her phone the entire time. VERY RUDE

The worker that did my toes was rude and unprofessional. My polish chipped within a day and they did nothing to correct the issue. Called and spoke with manager and she acted as if polish chipping is normal. I've paid less money at other places and NEVER had the polish chip for over two weeks.

I've seen so many complaints.. had to share. I've had these nails since June 12th. I've been swimming, hiking, climbing, typing on a computer, and serving and they are still wonderful. No chip is well worth the price and unlike another location in Merrillville... It's lasted this long. Different location I had them done and one chipped the next day
