It says online pet friendly but it's not. I have a service animal and they denied him entrance without papers which is illegal. Rooms are clean though.

Stay away from this place, especially if you have kids!! It's a drug haven & there are even sometimes violence in the parking lots late at night! It's not a good place to st ay unless you're a drug dealer or drug addict. I don't know who said the staff was kid friendly, but the staff that was there when I stayed there wasn't friendly to anyone!! They wake you up at 6:00 in the morning (5 hours before check out) banging on the door, demanding payment for the next day/week & threaten to kick you out if you don't pay immediately!! This place is absurd. Stay here at your own risk. I promise you won't have a pleasant stay, guaranteed! I am not an ex or current employee, do not have a grudge against anyone, & have no reason to lie about this place. I'm a former tenant & local who stayed there long enough to know what goes on there. Yes they can present themselves as being a decent hotel & you may get lucky & be one of those who aren't very attentive to your surroundings & actually have a good stay. The first few days were pleasant for me also but it gradually turned into a living HELL!! Stay there if you want but I assure you you're rolling the dice evertime you do. I never saw a bug problem but it's the pests of the human variety you have to worry about there! Believe these naive fools that gave this place a good rating if you want but I'll never stay there again or recommend that it to anyone else, not even if the rooms were free!! Consider yourself warned.

I came down for a weekend visit. I stayed in building one on the second floor overlooking the pool. Walking outside my door I had a view of the ocean and the skywheel. My room was very clean, I inspected before hand because of the reviews. After inspecting I found absolutely nothing wrong with the room. Seems to me someone has it out for the motel and are spreading untruthful information. All review drama aside, my girlfriends and I will be making a trip for girls weekend soon. The staff was very friendly and was very convenient to the boulevard, hardly had to drive anywhere because everything is so close. See you soon Aquarius!

The manager very rude... and it's full of bed bugs. Mostly for drugs addicts and loose ass... I got bit up so bad from bed bugs all over my back . I would not recommend... oh and roaches are bad too. Smh.

Well I had moved to the beautiful state of south carolina and met my Aquarius family. When I first arrived our office manager was very nice and willing to talk to me and show me our room. She was never in any way rude or unprofessional. If we didn't like it she was happy to accommodate us. We decided to stay for a week and see how it went. Our room was bright and absolutely clean. Our air worked awesome and another employee saw me and my children and gave my kids toys and were as pleasant as can be. As for the so called bug problem, I have been there since April and although most motels hotels etc, can get them from all the tourists even the big ritzy ones, I can assure yall that the owners who i have become to know does what ever they can to contain any problems and keep their staff in line and friendly. I never saw prostitutes and there's is stuff that goes on all up and down this beach. I can assure you the staff is kid friendly and facilities are clean. Just a hop skip and jump from the beach and you can save money! Give them a call and see for yourself all these "bad" reviews are from disgruntled ex employees who didn't get their way! Check it out yourself! Our family absolutely loves the Aquarius and staff!
