Ok so, 1st off the front desk lady Casey was great, she kindly helped with my check in as well as where to eat. The lobby was clean. The rooms were decent for the price. The rooms are cozy enough beds are comfy. bathroom is kinda small and the sink is outside which i found a little weird but ok. The heat worked The TV didn't. One thing I must say is that the carpets are nasty and the sofa was broken. The indoor pool was nice and steamy. I will definitely stay here again.

I booked this place so I can be near the Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon that was happening.  FYI, this place is considered the "hood."  You'll see plenty of homeless people and other types of people.  It's nice that it's close to the beach but we felt unsafe here.  Additionally, the whole place is pretty run down.  Small roaches were crawling around and our smoke detector continuously went off.  Breakfast was pretty basic.  A homeless person was also enjoying the free breakfast when management had to call police to arrest them.  We decided to leave after two nights.  They gave us a refund which we are still waiting for and customer service was nice and polite for the most part.  It was great that it is right next to the beach.  Only issue, we have ran into was that our credit card number was stolen and had several unauthorized charges on the first day we were in Myrtle Beach.  The only two places that had access to the card was Medieval Times' online ticket service and this hotel.  If you're honest folks just looking for a vacation, I'd say just stay away and go north and pay a little more.

Love this place. Stay at least once every 2 months. Great people and nice rooms, only downfall is no microwave in rooms

Nothing work!  Hot tub not working, TV remote worked when it wanted to! Fan in bathroom didn't work! Ice machine didn't work! Breakfast could have used some protein 😊 but the view was awesome, staff was very nice. It wasn't the worst but it could use a bit of work on a couple things. Oh yea the phone didn't work at all and we told them to fix it---Well yeah no one came to fix it!
