Paid for a non-smoking room, got a non smoking room that had obviously been smoked in. Alex for staff to fix and they wouldn't do anything. Don't stay at this hotel. Can't believe they are still in business with the poor level of customer service they showed.

The stay was last minute and the only room available was a smoking room, which smelt as bad as you would expect. This is only the fault of having smoking rooms to begin with and needing a room last minute. The person behind the desk offered us to move to a new room the next night (non-smoking), which was great. Over all the stay was great.

The location was very quiet. My boyfriend is very tall, and always had a hard time showering at hotels because the shower head is so low, but this one was high enough for him. He loved it!

Rooms updated, clean, nice jacuzzi tub. Decent size king room.

It was a great place and I found everything adequate really refrigerator I'm pretty sure had a microwave in the coffee blow dryer on the wall but the only thing I kind of would have liked a Jacuzzi would have been nice that's all that's why I had related it as it's okay otherwise I liked it but just okay because it had no jacuzzi but it did have a pool. I changed my mind Marley to alike because I forgot about the continental breakfast and I did like the sausage gravy and the Raisin Bran cereal was fresh! Thanks again for the hospitality Quality Inn.
