The Sushi Place

Yuck! I cannot even begin to describe how awful this dining experience was. We started with the shrimp and vegetable tempura and that wasn't that bad. The broccoli was not great but OK. The other pieces were acceptable. My husband and I ordered 4 rolls to share between the 2 of us and ended up only eating one piece each of each roll. We ordered the spicy tuna roll, the sweet geisha roll, the pepper hamachi roll and the torched salmon roll. I have never had such disgusting sushi rolls. It was a huge waste of money and we will NEVER eat here again! Gross gross gross!!! We are going to contact AAFES vendor food services to let them know that this place is sub par, but I can't imagine it will be around for much longer anyway. Our service members deserve better than this place!

I used to think this was an okay place for sushi. But after last night, and I think they got a new sushi chef, the food tasted nothing like before. The rolls were sloppy and tasted nothing like they used to and the octopus was cut wrong, they made it so thick you couldn't even chew it. And thanks to them me and my son god food poisoning last night. Not going there again. And I see everyone complain about service, the plus 20 times I've ate there the service was great the ladies were always sweet and friendly.

Horrible, terrible service. More than once I walk in to order my food and some clown who works there is either on the small sofa or near the bar NOT paying attention to who is coming in. ALSO! Calling in for an order they like to leave the phones off the hook (YES, leave the phone off the hook) causing a busy signal to be heard. This lasted for over an hour. Me and my wife even walked in to investigate and what do you know? Stores open. Employees are just relaxing. We took our business elsewhere. Quite frankly the restaurant should be taken off of Ft Bliss or just shut down indefinitely. P.S They didn't deserve the 1 star rating I gave them. However, the gods of google forced me to give some type of rating in order to post.. Tuche sushi place

The worst service I have ever gotten. The waitress is very lacking in customer care. She took a long time coming to our table to order, she got annoyed by my 14 month old son because he dropped iced water and a straw, she did not ask us for refills and did not check on us. But, as she hands our check and we give her our card, we didnt see her for awhile. I had to ask for my card and I didn't tip her. I would not recommend this place to no one. Yes, it is that bad!

Food is great but service is terrible.im a waitress at a restaurant and even 4 minutes before we close we still serve people. My first occasion there i had the worst waitress but decided it's my first time here. Not gonna judge.she was dull and not very timely. Second occasion my husband and I show up 40 minutes before closing and chairs are up and they say they're closed an no longer serving. Change your staff and serve your customers. We couldn't go out to eat because by the time we got to another sushi place they were closed.
